Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, play-based learning activities aligned with the EYFS framework.

Ensure a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all children.

Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Assist with daily routines, meal times, and personal care.
Requirements

No prior qualifications required — open to entry-level candidates with a strong passion for childcare, as well as Level 2/3 (or above) qualified practitioners.

A positive, patient, and reliable attitude.

Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.

Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check (or existing registration on the Update Service).
