About the Role
We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Bolton (BL1). You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality early years education, fostering children's curiosity, and creating a supportive, engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a Key Person to a group of children, tracking progress and supporting individual learning goals.

Plan and facilitate stimulating daily activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Build trusting, open relationships with parents and families, sharing regular progress updates.

Maintain rigorous standards of child protection, health, safety, and hygiene across the setting.
What We Are Looking For

Qualifications: Full and relevant Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Childcare / Early Years Education (or equivalent).

Experience: Hands-on experience working in an early years setting (ages 0-5).

Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of EYFS guidelines and safeguarding standards.
