This role is ideal for a Primary Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), confident teaching across the primary age range. We particularly welcome applications from teachers who can confidently adapt to different classrooms, quickly acclimatise to new school environments, and uphold high standards of teaching and behaviour.
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will ensure continuity of learning during a regular teacher's absence. You may be required to deliver pre-planned lessons, manage behaviour effectively, and foster a positive, engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned lessons confidently across various year groups.
- Maintain effective classroom management and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
- Adhere to school policies, including safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Support pupils' learning and encourage positive engagement throughout the day.
- Provide constructive feedback to the regular class teacher on pupil progress and lesson outcomes.
- Adapt swiftly to different school settings, year groups, and classroom expectations.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
- Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and build positive relationships with pupils.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
