Are you an Aspiring Teacher looking to gain classroom experience before starting teacher training? GSL Education is working with primary and secondary schools across Lincoln to recruit enthusiastic Aspiring Teachers to support pupils and teaching staff in the classroom.

Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers during lessons
  • Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils
  • Deliver pre-planned activities
  • Assist with behaviour management and classroom organisation

Requirements:
