The role:
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and other support staff to provide high-quality support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting students with their learning in both small groups and one-to-one settings

Assisting in the planning and delivery of differentiated learning activities

Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging student engagement

Supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN) and/or Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)

Requirements:

A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

Recent experience working in a secondary school or with young people

Good communication and teamwork skills

A clear enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education)
