GSL Education are currently seeking a motivated Key Stage 2 Teacher (KS 2) to join a welcoming primary school in Spalding. This opportunity is perfect for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are passionate about supporting children in Key Stage 2.
Role Overview:
As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum. You will support the academic, social, and emotional development of your pupils, helping them build confidence and prepare for the next stage of their education.
Role Responsibilities:
- Teach a full range of subjects within the KS2 curriculum.
- Develop lessons that motivate and challenge all learners.
- Create a classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independent thinking.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction where needed.
- Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers to support pupil development.
Requirements for KS2 Teacher:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable.

- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A passion for education and a nurturing teaching approach.
- Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
