GSL Education are looking to appoint a reliable Learning Support Assistant to support pupils academically and emotionally within a classroom setting.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils with learning and engagement
- Assist the class teacher during lessons
- Provide targeted support where required
- Encourage positive behaviour and participation
- Help pupils reach their full potential
Requirements
- Experience supporting children or young people
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
