GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Tutor to support pupils in Hartlepool. This role is ideal for experienced tutors or teachers who are passionate about helping learners build confidence and make academic progress through targeted support.
The Role of the Tutor:
- Deliver tailored tutoring sessions on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
- Support pupils across core subjects (English, Maths, or Science – depending on specialism).
- Plan personalised learning programmes to raise attainment.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and families.
- Monitor and record progress, adapting sessions as needed.
- Support learners with additional or SEMH needs where appropriate.
