Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic SEN school in Grantham. This is a full-time role, supporting students with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties.
Your Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with varying additional needs
- Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
- Support pupils in developing confidence, independence, and social skills
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN or challenging behaviour
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
- An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
