Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Location: Bexley

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing

Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) through tailored learning activities.

Work 1 : 1 or in small groups to encourage focus, engagement, and growth.

Assist teachers in delivering lessons and maintaining a calm, positive classroom.

Build meaningful connections that help pupils reach their potential.

Contribute to a supportive and inclusive environment that celebrates success.

Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

A patient, proactive approach to supporting young learners.

Previous experience working with children or young people is an advantage.

A valid Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
