GSL Education are recruiting a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the secondary phase.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support
  • Support pupils with autism, ADHD and learning difficulties
  • Assist with classroom learning and engagement
  • Promote independence and confidence
  • Follow safeguarding and behaviour policies

Requirements

  • Experience supporting secondary-aged pupils
  • SEN knowledge and understanding
  • Calm and patient approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
