GSL Education are recruiting a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the secondary phase.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Support pupils with autism, ADHD and learning difficulties
- Assist with classroom learning and engagement
- Promote independence and confidence
- Follow safeguarding and behaviour policies
Requirements
- Experience supporting secondary-aged pupils
- SEN knowledge and understanding
- Calm and patient approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
