GSL Education are recruiting a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support pupils requiring additional academic or emotional support within a secondary setting.
The Role
- Provide targeted classroom and intervention support
- Support pupils with additional learning needs
- Encourage progress, confidence and independence
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff
Requirements
- Experience supporting young people in education
- SEN or intervention experience desirable
- Patient and nurturing approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
