GSL Education are seeking a resilient Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support secondary pupils with SEMH needs and behavioural challenges.
The Role
- Support pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour management
- Implement agreed behaviour strategies and routines
- Promote positive engagement with learning
- Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff
Requirements
- Experience supporting SEMH or challenging behaviour
- Confident, consistent and professional approach
- Ability to build positive relationships
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
