GSL Education are seeking a resilient Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support secondary pupils with SEMH needs and behavioural challenges.

The Role

  • Support pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour management
  • Implement agreed behaviour strategies and routines

  • Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff

Requirements

  • Experience supporting SEMH or challenging behaviour
  • Confident, consistent and professional approach
  • Ability to build positive relationships
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
