Role: Geography Teacher
Location: Slough
Start Date: September 2024
Salary: £120 – £220 per day (In line with Pay scale and experience)

GSL Education is looking for a dedicated Geography Teacher to join our client schools in Slough from September 2025. If you’re ready to embark on this rewarding journey, we’d love to hear from you!
As a Geography Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering engaging Geography lessons in line with the national curriculum.

Encouraging students to explore physical and human geography topics, including environmental issues, global development, and spatial awareness.

Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports critical thinking and a passion for the world around us.

Assessing student progress through classwork, projects, and assessments while providing constructive feedback to support development.

Collaborating with colleagues to enrich the Geography curriculum and contribute to whole-school initiatives.

Organizing field trips and geographical investigations to enhance real-world learning experiences.
Qualifications and Attributes as a Geography Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Geography or a closely related subject.

Strong knowledge of the Geography curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.

Passion for Geography and the ability to inspire curiosity about the world, cultures, and environments.
