GSL Education are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work across welcoming primary and secondary schools in Gateshead. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting pupils’ learning and making a positive impact in the classroom.
The Role:
- Support class teachers with lesson delivery and daily classroom activities.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils make progress.
- Assist with behaviour management and promote a positive learning environment.
- Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN, where required.
- Help prepare learning resources and support planned activities.

The Ideal Candidate:
