GSL Education are seeking reliable and professional Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Gateshead. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain classroom experience or support schools in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences.
The Role:
- Supervise classes in the absence of the class teacher.
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain on task.
- Maintain classroom behaviour and a positive learning environment.
- Support students with their learning and wellbeing.
- Report back to teachers on student progress and behaviour.
