We’re seeking patient, empathetic and proactive SEN TA to work within specialist and mainstream school settings in Gainsborough. As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will be part of a supportive team where you’ll make a genuine difference every single day.

The Role:

  • Support students with a range of special educational needs (e.g. autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, physical or learning needs)
  • Adapt support to meet individual learning styles and needs
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals to deliver tailored interventions
  • Encourage independence, build confidence, and create a nurturing environment

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEN, suitable for a SEN TA position (school-based or similar)

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
