EYFS Teaching Assistant (TA) Hull

Your Role as an EYFS Teaching Assistant

As an EYFS TA, you will be at the heart of early childhood education, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Understanding of the unique learning and developmental needs of young children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • A patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children.
  • Relevant early years qualifications or training (desirable but not essential).
