GSL Education is working on behalf of a warm and welcoming school looking to recruit an ECT to start in September across Barnsley and Doncaster. The right ECT must be passionate and dedicated, willing to teach any subjects, and flexible. This role is ideal for a newly qualified teacher eager to make a positive impact on young learners.
Key Responsibilities Early Career Teacher (ECT):- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum for Key Stage 1.
- Foster a supportive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Develop and implement creative and innovative teaching strategies to inspire students.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student learning and development.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching practices for Key Stage 1 or 2.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one.
