GSL Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a lovely small primary school community in Newton Heath, M40. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to start their career in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Early Career Teacher (ECT) Primary Teacher in Newton Heath, M40 role:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum

  • Foster a supportive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement

  • Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs

  • Good behaviour management stratergies

Requirements Early Career Teacher (ECT) Primary Teacher in Newton Heath, M40 role:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, ideally as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).

  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching practices.

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one
