We are seeking to appoint Teaching Assistants, Behaviour Support Workers and SEN Support staff for a specialist provision in Rotherham, supporting KS2 to KS4 students with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs.

The specialist provision is a learning community that is safe, nurturing, respectful, aspirational and resilient. They provide a curriculum that empowers students to gain the skills, knowledge and resilience needed to be happy, fulfilled and successful individuals. At the heart of their approach is the nurture principle and that is what we are looking for the ideal candidate to have.

You will form part of a dedicated team of Educators who nurture students to be the best that they can be and inspire them to achieve to their full potential. As a Teaching Assistant, you'll experience engaging young people, often in challenging circumstances and will be responsible for positive behaviour modelling at all times.
