As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment. Your role will involve managing classroom behaviour, delivering pre-prepared lessons, and ensuring students remain engaged and focused during teacher absences.
Cover Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring a calm and productive atmosphere.

Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and support students with their learning activities.

Manage student behaviour in line with the school’s policies and procedures.

Respond to students’ questions and provide guidance as needed.

Support students with their studies.

Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning.

Provide feedback to teaching staff on student engagement and progress.

Uphold safeguarding and child protection responsibilities at all times.
