About the Role

As a Child Support Worker, you will support the development of young children with Special Educational Needs, in a nurturing and inclusive environment. You will work closely with the team to deliver personalised care and learning, helping each child thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support and care to children, fostering their emotional, social, and academic growth.
  • Assist in the delivery of personalised learning plans that are designed to meet the diverse needs of children with various special educational needs, using a combination of play-based activities and structured learning.
  • Contribute to the development of a safe, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere where every child feels valued and able to thrive.
  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure each child's needs are met and that they are progressing well.

Requirements:
