GSL Education is currently looking for experienced Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming school in Bushey, Watford as soon as possible. This role will be a long-term position, set to start from January 2026.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students with ASC, SEMH, and other additional needs on a 1:1 and small group basis. The ideal Teaching Assistant will be patient, energetic, and committed to helping every child succeed.
You must have at least one year of SEN/SEMH experience in a school, and be confident managing behaviour and delivering support within the classroom.
Please note: A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection is essential. All applicants must pass safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
