GSL Education is seeking qualified Tutors to deliver 1:1 tuition to pupils across EYFS through to GCSE level in the Bridlington, Driffield, and Hornsea areas. This rewarding role is ideal for educators who are passionate about personalised learning and supporting pupils to re-engage, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.
The Role
- Provide individualised 1:1 teaching tailored to each pupil's needs.
- Support learners from Early Years through to GCSE.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit different learning styles and abilities.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to schools and relevant professionals.
- Create a safe, supportive, and nurturing learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate
- Hold QTS or QTLS (essential).
- Have experience teaching in primary and/or secondary settings.
- Are confident delivering English, Maths, or core curriculum subjects.
- Are patient, adaptable, and able to build strong, positive relationships.
- Have experience supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, or additional needs (desirable).
