Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons across your specialist subject.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Assess, monitor and support student progress.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners.
- Work closely with colleagues and school staff to support student achievement.
- Maintain accurate records and provide feedback where required.
- Follow all school policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a
Secondary Teacher in UK secondary schools.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A flexible, reliable and professional approach.
- A genuine passion for teaching and helping students achieve their full potential.
- An enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
