Salary: Up to £220 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Art Teacher to support students across schools in Rotherham (S65, S66) . This is a fantastic opportunity for an Art Teacher who is passionate about creativity, self-expression, and helping students develop confidence through art.

What to Expect in This Art Teacher Role:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring art lessons across a range of year groups.
  • Plan and prepare creative activities using a variety of artistic techniques and materials.
  • Encourage students to explore their creativity and develop artistic skills.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-organised classroom environment.
  • Assess student progress and work collaboratively with colleagues to support achievement.

Requirements for This Art Teacher Role:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience teaching art is desirable.
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to inspire creativity and motivate students of all abilities.
  • A positive, professional, and proactive approach to teaching.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
