Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will be instrumental in aiding students’ academic progress as well as their emotional and social wellbeing. You will collaborate with teaching staff to help maintain an inclusive, stimulating learning environment where all children are encouraged to succeed. Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant: Assist students with classwork and encourage active participation in learning activities. Provide targeted support through one-to-one or small group interventions under teacher guidance. Promote positive behaviour and help maintain a well-managed classroom environment. Contribute to a secure, inclusive, and engaging classroom setting. Requirements for a TA: Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational aid role is beneficial.
