Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in A-Level Business and Economics.
  • Plan, prepare and assess student work in line with curriculum standards.
  • Support students in achieving outstanding outcomes through high-quality teaching and feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of departmental schemes of work and resources.
  • Encourage critical thinking, discussion, and a passion for economic and business theory.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies and Economics.
  • Experience teaching A-Level students is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to supporting student progress and achievement.
  • Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
