Key Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor (CS): Support pupils across key stages with their learning and engagement. Assist teachers in managing classroom behaviour and resources. Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with varying needs. Adapt quickly to new environments and follow school routines. Promote an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere. Requirements: Experience working in a school or with young people (desirable). Confident classroom presence and excellent communication skills. Ability to manage behaviour calmly and effectively.
