The Role: As an Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students who have autism, offering them personalised support and guidance. Your key responsibilities will include: Individualised Support: Provide tailored assistance to help students engage with the curriculum and achieve their learning goals. Social and Emotional Development: Foster a nurturing and secure environment, supporting students in building their confidence, resilience, and social skills.
