This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving school community and play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of teaching and learning across the school.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nOrganising daily staff cover for planned and unplanned absences\\nCoordinating with internal staff and external supply agencies\\nManaging cover supervision timetables and maintaining up-to-date absence records\\nLiaising with senior leadership and department heads to ensure continuity of teaching\\nSupporting administrative tasks as required by the school office\\nThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:\\n\\nPrevious experience in a cover management or school administrative role\\nStrong working knowledge of SIMS or equivalent MIS\\nExcellent organisational and time-management skills\\nAbility to work under pressure and respond to last-minute changes effectively\\nClear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal\\nEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education)\\n\\nGSL Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
