Key Responsibilities as a Head of Religious Education:
- Department Leadership: Lead the Religious Education department, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
- Curriculum Management: Develop and oversee an engaging and inclusive Religious Education curriculum, promoting knowledge, understanding, and critical thinking skills.
- Teaching Excellence: Deliver outstanding lessons and act as a role model to staff and students, fostering a love of learning.
