Responsibilities
- Take charge of classes when teachers are absent
- Deliver lesson plans and keep students focused

- Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of the day
Qualifications
- Experience working with young people (school, youth work, or similar)
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Professional, confident, and flexible
- Comfortable working across different subjects and year groups
- Enhanced DBS registered (or willing to apply)
