If you’re confident, adaptable, and enjoy keeping students engaged, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain classroom experience and work with a variety of age groups and subjects.
What you’ll do:
- Take charge of classes when teachers are absent
- Deliver lesson plans and keep students focused
- Maintain classroom behaviour and a positive learning environment
- Support pupils with questions and tasks
- Feed back to teaching staff at the end of the day
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience working with young people (school, youth work, or similar)
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Professional, confident, and flexible
- Comfortable working across different subjects and year groups
- Enhanced DBS registered (or willing to apply)
