What you’ll do:

  • Take charge of classes when teachers are absent
  • Deliver lesson plans and keep students focused
  • Maintain classroom behaviour and a positive learning environment
  • Support pupils with questions and tasks
  • Feed back to teaching staff at the end of the day

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with young people (school, youth work, or similar)
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • Professional, confident, and flexible
  • Comfortable working across different subjects and year groups
  • Enhanced DBS registered (or willing to apply)
