What We’re Looking For in a Secondary ECT (Early Career Teacher):
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
- Some teaching experience in a secondary school (as an ECT or trainee)

- Ability to engage and motivate pupils with creative lesson delivery
- Good classroom management and a reflective approach
- Organised, committed, and eager to learn
