About The Role: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be an indispensable component in assisting instructors and fostering the development of young learners. To deliver engaging lessons, offer both individual and group help and contribute to the general good classroom environment, this position will entail tight collaboration with teachers. Responsibilities of a Graduate Teaching Assistant: Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons, helping to engage students and facilitate their learning. Provide targeted support to individual students or small groups, addressing their specific learning needs. Help prepare teaching materials and resources to enhance the learning experience. Support teachers in assessing student progress and providing feedback to help guide their development. Help maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment, managing behaviour effectively. Assist in organising and supervising extracurricular activities and school events. The successful candidate will: Be a recent graduate with a degree in Education or a related field. Possess strong communication and classroom management, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively. Have a methodical, understanding and compassionate approach to helping young students. Have flexibility and adaptability to cover various subjects. Possess a passion for education and supporting students’ learning progress.
