GSL Education are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work across welcoming primary and secondary schools in Ashington, Northumberland. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting pupils’ learning and making a positive contribution in the classroom.
The Role:
- Support class teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils achieve their learning goals.
- Assist with behaviour management and promote a positive learning environment.
- Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN, where required.
- Help prepare learning resources and support planned activities.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with children or young people (school experience desirable).

- A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
