About the Role:

  • Delivering engaging and hands-on DT lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, supporting them to develop design concepts, work with various materials, and understand industry-standard design principles.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering well-structured DT lessons with a focus on Product Design
  • Managing practical workshop sessions safely and effectively
  • Supporting pupils through coursework and project-based learning
  • Contributing to department planning and enrichment

What We’re Looking For:

  • QTS or equivalent UK teaching qualification
  • Experience in delivering Product Design or broader DT at secondary level
  • Strong workshop and classroom management skills
  • A creative and forward-thinking teaching style
