About the Role:
You’ll be joining a thriving English department known for its collaborative culture and strong academic outcomes. The successful candidate will teach across Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering dynamic and engaging lessons that spark curiosity and foster critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the KS3 and KS4 English curriculum
- Use formative and summative assessments to track and support pupil progress
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support extra-curricular activities, literacy development, and school-wide initiatives
