These are full-time roles with the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people — particularly those with additional needs.

What We\’re Looking For

• A Psychology Graduate or an experienced Teaching Assistant (with school‑based SEN support experience)
• Someone confident working with KS1, KS2 or KS3‑aged pupils with additional needs
• Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, patient, and nurturing approach
• An understanding of behavioural regulation strategies and differentiated learning
• A commitment to safeguarding and creating a safe, inclusive learning environment
• Willingness to commit to a full‑time, long‑term role
