Daily Rate: £85 £105+ PAYE or Umbrella

About the Role:
This September-start opportunity is based at a highly regarded SEN school that supports students aged 4 19 with a range of complex learning and medical needs. The school is known for its inclusive ethos, skilled staff, and strong multi-agency support.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students on a 1:1 or small group basis, primarily those with PMLD and ASC
- Work with non-verbal students using communication systems such as PECS and Makaton
- Assist with sensory activities, emotional regulation, and daily routines
- Provide personal care, including toileting, manual handling, and PEG feeding
- Collaborate with therapists, teachers, and families to ensure individualised care
Candidate Requirements:
- Essential: PEG feeding training and experience
- Experience working with PMLD and/or ASC learners
- Confident supporting personal care and mobility needs
- Calm, patient and able to remain composed under pressure
- Enthusiastic, team-oriented and passionate about inclusive education
