Job Role: Maths Teacher Location: Tower Hamlets Salary: £160 – £250 per day Start Date: ASAP Contract: Until May half term, Full Time GSL Education London Branch is looking for a Maths Teacher to join a comprehensive secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This role requires a Maths Teacher who can confidently teach KS3 and KS4 Maths and is passionate about delivering high-quality lessons. If you are a dedicated Maths Teacher, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic school environment. Maths Teacher Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4. Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning needs and abilities. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support. Prepare students for GCSE examinations, ensuring they reach their full potential. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share teaching resources. Support students with additional learning needs. Follow school policies and procedures to ensure high standards of teaching and learning. Maths Teacher Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching Maths in a UK secondary school. Strong knowledge of the Maths curriculum at KS3 and KS4. Excellent classroom management skills. Ability to engage and motivate students. A valid DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one). Commitment to professional development and improving student outcomes.
