Location: Enfield
Pay: £95 – £115 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Term Time
The Role
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN
- Support children with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties
- Assist with behaviour regulation, emotional support, and engagement
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff
- Help implement EHCP targets and support strategies
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN (school or alternative provision)
- Confident managing behaviour and building strong relationships
- Calm, patient, and resilient under pressure
- Able to follow support plans and adapt to individual needs
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
