Are you an experienced PMLD SEN Teaching Assistant seeking a full-time position in a supportive school where your expertise truly makes a difference? Location: Enfield

Pay: £95 - £115 per day (depending on experience)

Contract: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Term Time

The Role:

  • 1:1 and small group support for pupils with PMLD
  • Supporting pupils with personal care and mobility where required
  • Assisting with sensory activities and sensory regulation
  • Using visual, tactile and communication-based approaches
  • Supporting learning within highly structured classroom environments
  • Promoting engagement, wellbeing and independence
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and therapy teams
  • Maintaining a calm, patient and nurturing approach at all times

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience working as a PMLD SEN Teaching Assistant or supporting pupils with complex SEN
  • Background in SEN schools, care, support work or healthcare
  • Confident with personal care and physical support
  • Calm, compassionate and resilient
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, proactive and committed
  • SEN, care or medical experience is highly desirable
