- Adhering to Policies: Follow school policies and procedures, especially concerning safeguarding, health and safety, and behaviour management.
- A degree in any subject area, showcasing your commitment to academic excellence. Holding a degree at 2:2 or higher is preferred.
- Preferable previous experience of working in a school as TA/CS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build positive relationships with students, teachers and parents.
