Are you passionate about supporting children with complex needs? We are currently seeking dedicated and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding primary school in Buckhurst Hill (IG9). Role Overview:
- Support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviours
- Provide 1:1 or small group interventions tailored to individual needs
- Promote emotional well-being and positive behaviour in the classroom
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Requirements of a SEN TA:
- Experience working with ASD and behavioural needs (preferred)

- A valid Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices
