GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to work in schools across Lincoln. This is a full-time role, ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs.
The successful candidate will be confident working with pupils of all ages, supporting a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and helping them to access education in a positive and inclusive environment.
The Role:
- Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assisting pupils with a range of SEN needs
- Promoting engagement, confidence and independence
- Supporting classroom activities and learning
- Working closely with teaching staff and SEN professionals
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people (education, care or support work)
- Understanding of SEN and inclusive practices
