GSL Education are recruiting an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join a welcoming EYFS setting in Sleaford and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a crucial role in a child’s first steps in education. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a nurturing and stimulating Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. Create a warm, inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and independence. Use a variety of learning strategies to support children’s development across all areas. Monitor and assess children’s progress, adapting planning accordingly. Foster strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support each child’s growth. Candidate Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification. Experience teaching in an EYFS setting.
