GSL Education are currently seeking a resilient and experienced Behaviour Specialist to work within an inclusion unit at a secondary school in the Maidstone borough. This is a demanding but highly impactful role, suited to individuals with proven experience supporting students with significant behavioural challenges. This role involves working with pupils who have been removed from mainstream classrooms due to ongoing behavioural needs, requiring firm boundaries, emotional consistency, and a calm, structured approach.

  • Clear safeguarding and child protection knowledge; successful applicants must satisfy background safer recruitment checks, including providing an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or completing an application for a new check
